I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, couples, families, and teens (14+) through trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I offer therapy in person in Ottawa and online across Ontario and Quebec, making it easy to get the support you need in a way that fits your life.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from evidence‑based therapies — CBT, DBT, TF‑CBT, EFT, EMDR, and attachment‑based practices — but what matters most to me is that you feel heard, understood, and supported at every step. We work together to create a plan that feels aligned with your values, pace, and goals — not rushed, not pressured, just genuinely supportive and tailored to you.

For those who desire it, I also offer the option of integrating a Christian faith‑based lens into therapy. For others, we keep things completely non‑faith‑based. You decide what feels meaningful and helpful.

Most of all, I want you to have a space where you can breathe again — where you can talk openly, make sense of what’s happening in your life, and take steps toward feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and more like yourself.
